BG/SBLC/FFRDLC/BG + RDLC or MT103
Rdlc irrecocable, transferable, divisible, documentary and revolving payments through letter of credit transferable for the duration of the contract payable 100% at seller’s sight for each shipment and confirmed by a top 50 world bank.
A bg is also required for the last two months of contract and must be issued at the beginning of the contract.

The buyer shall open an irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, divisible, standby letter of credit or bg blocked with mt 760 equal to two months delivery value as guarantee and payment by tt per each delivery issued and confirmed by top world prime bank.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Performance Bond cannot be more than 2%
POP is provided Bank to Bank after receiving POF from Buyers Bank initially.

PROCEDURES
1. The Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) or a Letter Of Intent (LOI).
2. The Seller issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the Buyer.
3. The Seller issues a draft contract to the Buyer.
4. The Buyer returns revised draft contract to the Seller via, fax or email,
5. The Seller reviews and confirms any changes made in draft contract by theBuyer. If the Seller agrees to the changes made by Buyer, the Seller issues the final binding contract via fax or e-mail.
6. The Buyer returns the final agreed contract duly signed and sealed via email or fax. And send MT 799.
7. The Seller will then scan the fully signed, sealed and initialled Contract and email or fax the “Soft Copies” to the Buyer.
8. The Seller will issue to the buyer four (4) original hard copies of the contract via courier to Buyer’s address as stated in the contract.
9. Immediately upon receiving the Seller’s signed and sealed Hard Copies of the contract via Courier the Buyer will personally sign and seal the 4 Hard Copies and return two (2) originals by courier to the Seller.
10. The Buyer will then, within 7 (seven) days of signing the Hard Copies, open an operative payment instrument to the Seller’s bank in exchange for Proof of Product (POP) Bank to Bank.
11. The Seller will, within 5 (five) working days of receipt of an acceptable operative payment instrument, issue Bank to Bank a two percent (2%) Performance Bond of the value of 25,000 to 50,000 MT shipment.
12. Shipping of the cement will commence within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from date of Seller’s receipt of the acceptable operative payment instrument.
